In therapy, we will dive deeper into what may be triggering your anxiety. We will also  equip you with the tools so that you feel more confident in managing anxiety in your daily life. After going through therapy for a period of time, clients often experience less worrying and more enjoyment in their life.

Therapy for depression

Depression can be overwhelming and frightening. You may notice that you feel like you have a dark cloud over you or your thoughts and feelings are more negative than before. When we are in it, it can be difficult to see a way out.  Whether you are going through a major life change, experiencing grief or a major loss, or going through any type of significant stress, this can often trigger symptoms of depression. 

Therapy can be useful in helping you get to the root of why you may be feeling this way. Depression often causes distortions in our thoughts that lead us to be more self-critical, experience more self-doubt, or feel hopeless. In therapy, we will target these thoughts and find ways to see things in a more truthful and realistic way. We will also work together to build a lifestyle that is healthy and preventative in nature.
